The Sancerre Blog

Sancerre - Achilles 9 metre No 21 (1976/7) at the start of the 2019 JBC (Single handed to Baltimore, Ireland). Not a race (except with another A9m!) but 1st in from Plymouth đŸ˜€. Pic by John from "Pippin".

I started the blog as a place holder for tracking and Comms, now I post about my trips instead of writing the non-navigational bits up in the log, also I have written pieces, primarily for novices, for the Achilles , Facebook and Flikr sites that are hosted here. My introduction tells how the blog is put together as I sail and gives an explanation of terms for novices and non-sailors. There is a Contact form below.
